La Vie à deux is a French film realized by Clement Duhour, release in 1958.
The author and the actors pay homage to Sacha Guitry died in July 1957.
♦ Synopsis :
Author with success : Pierre Carraud, writes his will and, by main front Stephan, in the presence of its best friends and of his secretary Mr. Lecomte, it states to bequeath its fortune to those which were used as models to the characters of its great success "the life to two". Under condition which them life was happy, or else, the friends of the author would inherit. Two genealogists : Apple tree and Santis are indicated and are put in hunting, continued by the director Arthur Vattier and the editor Roland Sauvage, the two friends enticed by the lure of gain. Various extracts of comedies of Sacha Guitry follow one another then : "Wished", "Let us make a dream ", "the white and the black", "the illusionist"… No couple not having met the condition, Carraud dies having near him the only woman whom he loved deeply, Francoise.
