Poisson d'Avril is a French film realized by Gilles Grangier, release in 1954.

Adapted to the cinema in 1952 on a realization of Charles Brabant and Marcello Pagliero, also adapted to the television in 1974 by André Flédérick.

♦ Synopsis :

Honest mechanic of garage, faithful husband and good father of family, Emile Dupuy lets himself convince by the glibness of a salesman of bazaar which makes him buy a model of cane with fishing improved with the money intended for the washing machine of which Charlotte his wife dreams. Not daring to acknowledge to him, it will lie and, of small wholesale lies lies, is found in an inextricable situation.
