FANTOMAS

Fantômas is a French film realized by André Hunebelle, release in 1964

It is the first film of trilogy of Andre Hunebelle devoted to the front criminal Fantômas se déchaîne in 1965 and Fantômas countre Scotland Yard in 1967.

♦ Synopsis :

Fandor, persuaded that Fantômas is an invention of the police force to hide its impotence to entreat the crime, bidonne an interview of the genius of the crime for its newspaper The Point of the Day. Offended, Fantômas removes the journalist and gives him two days to reveal imposture. On his side, intrigued by the article, the Juve police chief decides to question hardly released Fandor, preventing it from providing a denial. The journalist is again removed by Fantômas which decides to be avenged to commit crimes under the appearance of this one thanks to a mask.
